Margaret WEIS

Ze is vooral bekend vanwege de samen met Tracy Hickman geschreven 7-delige boekenreeks De Poort des Doods. Lang voor het schrijven van deze reeks was zij samen met Hickman verantwoordelijk voor de gehele Dragonlance serie. Deze reeks was de bakermat van vele AD&D boeken gesitueerd op Krynn en de spellenreeks AD & D. Margaret Weis heeft ook gepubliceerd onder de namen Susan Lawson en Margaret Baldwin. Margaret Baldwin Weis werd geboren in Independence Missouri. Naast schrijven is ze ook eigenaar van verscheidene uitgeverijen , waaronder Sovereign Press.
